Can I balance work and study?

ECPM training programs offer the opportunity to balance full time work and study, by providing 3 modules per year comprising of 4 days each face-to-face teaching at the University of Basel. 

What are the admission criteria?

To enroll in the ECPM course, applicants must hold a higher university degree such as a Master’s, MD, PharmD or PhD. This postgraduate program is designed for professionals in the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory agencies, and academia who seek to enhance their expertise. Ideal candidates will have a primary interest in medical product discovery, development, regulation and healthcare systems. Candidates should also have at least one to two years of relevant work experience in the drug development process. Applications that do not meet these criteria are considered on an individual basis.

What does the CAS/DAS cost?

• Full course: CAS CHF 15’750 / DAS CHF 16,500 

How long does it take to complete the CAS/DAS program?

The CAS/DAS program is taken over two years with three modules per year, comprised of four days each of mandatory face-to-face teaching at the University of Basel.
Students interested in the Master of Advanced Studies have a total of five years, including the DAS program. Students can enroll in both the DAS and the master program concomitantly.

Do you offer Distance Learning?

No, this program is offered on-site at the University of Basel, with a mandatory attendance rate of 80% (or 5 out of 6 modules).
