Marina Antillon PhD
Marina Antillon, PhD has been a Senior Scientist at ECPM since October 2025 and at University of Warwick since December 2024. She has previously held positions at Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute, University of Antwerp, and University of Chicago.
Her research has involved mathematical simulation modeling, economic evaluations, and statistical methods – including machine learning methods – for uncertainty quantification. Her research has spanned chronic diseases (cancer and heritable diseases), infectious diseases (vaccination and elimination), as well as migraines. Her research at ECPM focuses on treatment pathways and insurance reimbursement policies.
She holds a PhD in Public Health (Epidemiology of Microbial Diseases) from Yale University, and a BA from University of Chicago where she majored in Environmental Studies and minored in Statistical Methods
