Monika Graff
Monika Graff is the Scientific Course Director at the Institute of Pharmaceutical Medicine / European Center of Pharmaceutical Medicine (ECPM) at the University of Basel. Her professional and academic interests lie in how genomics and artificial intelligence can contribute to personalised healthcare. She is particularly focused on the ethical, policy, and implementation challengesinvolved in integrating emerging technologies into real-world healthcare systems.
Monika holds the position of PhD Research Fellow at F. Hoffmann-La Roche, working within the Data Strategy and Delivery department and focusing on industry-applied data science. Prior to her doctoral work she obtained a Master’s degree in Genomic Medicine from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from University College London.
Her academic background, combined with her doctoral work in industry, equips her with a distinctive ability to engage with emerging trends at the interface of technology, life sciences, and healthcare. Her research has been published in the fields of public health, implementation science, artificial intelligence, and pharmaceutical medicine education, reflecting her commitment to interdisciplinary impact and the development of translational healthcare solutions.
